Salon Terms & Conditions

Please read in entirety prior to booking as all policies are enforced.

Terms and Conditions for BeautyMakers - Lash and Brow Services 1. Booking and Appointments: All appointments must be booked online via booking site by client. A $22 deposit is required to secure an appointment and goes towards the total balance due. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours/days before the scheduled time online on the booking site. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit plus a $35 last minute cancellation fee charged to the card on left on file. 3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service balance to the card on file and are banned from booking with us in the future. 4. Service Fees: All service fees are nonrefundable. Pricing is agreed upon booking and collecting deposit. 5. Refunds: No refunds will be provided for completed services. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the aesthetic outcome, as individual results may vary. 6. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late may have their appointment time reduced, but the full service fee will still apply. A $10 late fee is applied for clients who arrive after 10 minutes past scheduled time. Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes. 7. Patch Tests: Patch tests may be required for certain services. Failure to undergo a patch test may result in a reaction to sensitive clients. 8. Hygiene and Safety: Clients must come in with a clean, fresh makeup free face for the best results. Failure to do so may effect outcome of service. 9. Product Allergies: Clients are responsible for informing the studio of any known allergies to products used during services. 10. Studio Rights: The studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. 11. Changes to Terms: BeautyMakers Lashes & Brows reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
